Attendee Registration
Attendee registration is managed through a combination of online registration via a dedicated event website and incoming phone/email registrations to EMS customer services. Secure online registration is standard practice for all fee-paying events globally. The ability to request payment receipts, issue invoices and joining instructions can all be created quickly and easily with off-the-shelf solutions. Increasingly event attendees are uploaded into online conference communities to encourage networking and information sharing prior to and post event. EMS has experience working with many conference registration packages and online community platforms and can recommend and create the right solution for your event.
Our dedicated Registration staff manage all incoming telephone inquiries and registrations ensuring that all confirmations are sent out in good time and payments are collected ahead of the event. Registration reports can be provided to the conference hosts weekly, or daily as the event approaches.
